La Hacienda Draper: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Draper, UT

Came here with family for a birthday dinner, definitely would go back! The atmosphere was great, a lot of people in and watching the game. Our server, Andre, was attentive and went out of his way to do something special for our birthday person! The chips had guacamole and salsa, the guacamole was really good and the salsa has great flavor, although it is watery. I got the fajita combination(chicken, steak and shrimp) with flour tortillas, and wow it was so good!

I’ve heard so much about La Hacienda & after our recent Mexican restraint flop, we were excited for a new place! This place did not disappoint! I think they have a few locations. We ended up at the Draper location for dinner. Service was soo quick! We ordered a magarita & pina colada. Both were really good. Chips & salsa were good, I wish they brought out more chips. We went through these pretty quickly. For dinner, we ordered Asada Tacos. We really liked them. The green sauce that comes with these was really good. We also ordered a smothered burrito, which we thought had pork inside it, but instead it just had chile verde sauce on the top of it. So it was just a bean & cheese burrito. Not exactly what we were thinking, but it was our fault for not reading the menu more clearly. The chile verde sauce had really good flavor. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with red sauce, I’m not big on red sauce & wish I would have picked out the pork on the chile verde sauce instead. I’ll definitely order it with chile verde sauce next time. Our meals were delivered within 5 minutes of us ordering it. The service was soo quick! Prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

A great choice! The food was good but didn't wow me! The service was solid and the atmosphere was what you would expect. We had a large group (16) and were having a hard time finding a place. They made room and we had a wonderful experience!

Visited La Hacienda in Draper and overall it was an average experience. The restaurant has a nice, colorful atmosphere and feels welcoming when you walk in. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal with family or friends. The food was decent, but it didn’t really stand out. Portions were good, and everything was served hot, but the flavors felt a bit mild compared to what we were expecting. Service was polite, though it took a little while to get refills and check-ins during busy times. Overall, not a bad place—just okay, with some room to improve.

Food was good and good value. The restaurant was starting to pick up when I was there. In this region you have so many Mexican restaurants that have a special twist to their food. la Hacienda is more of your traditional Mexican joint with standard choices from the menu. They stick to the classics and do them well, my enchiladas were so good and the sauces were amazing. Only thing I can complain about is I asked for no beans and just rice, and they still put the beans on. They were prompt with refills and with my food. So great for a quick and easy lunch.

Service was amazing, food was incredible! The complimentary chips and salsa, the taco soup, and the chile verde enchiladas were all delicious! Zero complaints and would definitely come here again, and again.

Decent food, great service! I had the combo meal, the tamale was pretty good, the rice was…rice, the beans were lacking flavor, I like when the beans like this are served in a small cup with the juices so you get more flavor. The green chile tostada was fantastic!!! Good flavor and heat in the salsa too.
